“I’m from the good old friendly city of Port Elizabeth. I don’t really have a preference of running distances at the moment. I run anything from a 5km park run to ultra distances. I completed the Addo 76 km trail run this year which was a big achievement for me as the furthest I had gone before was a 50km road race. I would like to progress to the Addo 100 miler next year depending on training. Unfortunately I will not be doing Comrades this year, however it is definitely on my radar for 2018. ”
